1 1/4″ Minus
1 1/4″ Minus is typically used for a base rock on solid ground when building driveways/roads, building pads or well pads. It can also be used as a cap rock. It is a bit chunkier, so it doesn’t fluff off, disappear into the ground or accrue potholes as quickly as 5/8″ Minus. This product contains fines (small particles of ground rock) which provide for excellent compaction.
5/8″ Clean
5/8″ Clean is ideal for driveways, roads, pavers, pathways, and base material for sheds/buildings, and drainage. This product contains no fines (small particles of ground rock) thus can be more aesthetically pleasing.
1 1/4″ x 5/8″ Clean
1 1/4″ x 5/8″ Clean is ideal for driveways, roads, pavers, pathways, and base material for sheds/buildings, and drainage. Because this is a mixed gravel with two sizes, the combination does help with compaction. This product contains no fines (small particles of ground rock) thus can be more aesthetically pleasing.
2″ Minus
2″ Minus is used for base material, driveway/road construction, mud control, and filling holes. This material is commonly used for temporary construction driveways during a new build. This product contains fines (small particles of ground rock) which provide for excellent compaction.
